Rob grew up in West Cork and has headed kitchens in and around Kinsale. Simona spent years on the floor of a well-known Kinsale hotel. WILD is their own place, on Main Street in Ballinspittle.

Rob grew up among West Cork’s artisan food producers. The restaurant names Gubbeen, Knockandore, Toonsbridge and Cashel Blue cheeses, fish and shellfish from Union Hall, Castletownbere and Bantry Bay, and saffron from growers in Morocco.

Before you come
- Allergies Allergens are listed on the menu. Please tell your server before ordering. Nuts are handled in the kitchen.
- Stairs The upper floor is reached by stairs. If that is a problem for someone in your party, let the restaurant know in advance and a ground-floor table will be arranged.
- Running late If you are delayed for any reason, please call.
- Cancelling Please get in touch as soon as you can, and at least the day before, so the table can go to someone else.
- Gift vouchers Gift vouchers are bought on the restaurant’s own website and posted to you. They can be used for evening meals and for Sunday lunch.
